Job Summary

The Assistant Guest Services Manager will be responsible for assisting the Guest Services Manager in overseeing and coordinating all activities related to Valet operations. The Assistant will proactively approach, greet, and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner, providing quick and responsive customer service.

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, including proactive greeting and thanking guests.
  2. Assist in coordinating all activities related to valet operations.
  3. Recommend measures to improve performance, guest satisfaction, and efficiency.
  4. Perform Evolution and Forbes Standards training as required.
  5. Assist in conducting the “Daily Huddle” during all shifts.
  6. Manage break schedules and shift options as required.
  7. Maintain standards of professionalism and cleanliness.
  8. Recruit qualified applicants to meet operational requirements.
  9. Provide feedback for performance reviews and evaluations.
  10. Participate in personnel actions such as hiring, promotions, disciplinary measures, and termination.
  11. Ensure quality assurance and safety standards are maintained.
  12. Motivate team members to provide exceptional service.
  13. Monitor and enforce dress code and hygiene guidelines.
  14. Prepare schedules and payroll data.
  15. Assist with deposit verification and cash flow audits.
  16. Conduct lot inspections and suggest improvements.
  17. Assist with claims investigation and support.
  18. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education & Experience
  • Associate's Degree, High School Diploma, or GED, or relevant experience.
  • Experience in valet parking and management (2+ years).
  • Valid US Driver's License.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms like ADP.
