About The Position:

Assist the Guest Service Manager in managing guest flow and service at the front-end to ensure excellent service and operational success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing front-end and cash office procedures, including cash, keys, and safe management
  • Overseeing guest flow to enhance shopping experience
  • Leading the guest service team to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
  • Managing order guides, deadlines, and shrink reduction
  • Training and motivating team members on guest service excellence and safety

Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of guest service experience
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must be at least 18 years old
