About the Position:

Assist the Guest Service Manager in managing the guest flow and service at the front-end to ensure excellent service and store results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing front-end and cash procedures, including cash, keys, and safe
  • Managing guest flow to ensure operational success
  • Leading the guest service team to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
  • Managing order guides, deadlines, and reducing shrink/damage
  • Training and motivating team members on-the-job and through internal platforms

Availability:

Flexible schedule including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in a guest service role
  • 1+ years in a leadership role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • At least 18 years old
