Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical experience with turf, landscape, agricultural, or automotive equipment.
• Working knowledge of small engines, hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and power equipment.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Office suite and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Grounds Mechanic with preventive maintenance and daily servicing of turf equipment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, lubrication, blade and reel adjustments, oil changes, and repairs.
• Maintain shop, maintenance logs, and parts inventory; support event readiness.
• Collaborate with grounds staff to minimize downtime and ensure safe operation.
