You will support the Grocery Manager in maximizing productivity and profit through staffing, training, and meticulous inventory control, while upholding health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with 1–3 years in retail management.
• Familiarity with natural foods and alternative diets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Grocery Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Grocery team.
• Coordinate merchandising, and sales through ongoing planning, direction, goal setting, communication, and teamwork.
• Assist in hiring, teaching, training, developing the Grocery Team.
