Job summary

Responsibilities

• Takes orders and prepares items at grill, completing orders from steam tables and serving customers.
• Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner and ensures food is at correct temperature and attractive.
• Follows established recipes, production standards, and portion controls; maintains safety standards.
• Maintains sanitation by cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, and utensils.
