The Ledges in Huntsville, AL seeks an Assistant Golf Professional to support daily golf operations, lead select member tournaments, and oversee outside staff. The role emphasizes developing player skills, running clinics, and enhancing member engagement to deliver outstanding experiences.

Qualifications

• PGA Class A Member / Completion of Level 2.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
• Golf Genius tournament software experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional golf experience to members and guests through attention to detail.
• Assist with all aspects of golf operations including the golf shop, outside services, and tournament coordination.
• Serve as a tournament lead for at least one member tournament each season.
• Contribute to player development programming, including private instruction and clinics.
• Support merchandising initiatives, including displays and product knowledge.
• Foster a positive work environment within the golf operations team.
• Maintain personal golf game improvement and professional growth.
• Continuously seek ways to enhance the member experience.
