Ideal candidates will have a college degree (preferred), knowledge of golf operations and the rules, and a demonstrated desire to develop as a PGA professional.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Knowledge of golf operations.
• Familiarity with the game of golf and rules of golf.
• Motivated to learn and develop.
• PGA membership in good standing preferred or active classification.
• Knowledge of golf facility operations and tournament operations.
• Supervisory practices and leadership.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Self-motivated with desire to promote and market.
• Service and customer focused attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Proficient in Word/Excel; email, internet, Golf Genius, and database.
• Maintain a positive professional image.
• If not PGA Member, pursue PGA membership via PGA PGM program.
