Job summary

Troon is seeking a dedicated full-time pro shop team member in Bellingham, WA. Compensation ranges from $24-$28 per hour, plus potential income from lessons (80/20 split) and merchandising commissions. The role focuses on guest service, event support, and daily operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining the pro shop, managing tee times and events, operating the golf cart fleet, and assisting the GM. PGA status is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of golf tournament operations and event management.
• Understanding of Microsoft Office products.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with members, guests, and staff.
• Proficiency in golf instruction techniques and equipment fitting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the pro shop, practice areas, and golf carts.
• Operate the golf cart fleet safely and efficiently.
• Schedule tee times and manage changes to the schedule.
• Support golf events, tournaments, and leagues, including logistics.
• Assist the General Manager and staff to ensure smooth facility operations.
