Formación

• Greet guests and follow up on guest service.
• Understand and operate the point of sale (POS) system over the phone and in person.
• Demonstrate accurate cash handling and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Maintain proper side work and cleanliness standards.
• Follow correct service sequence with guests.
• Understand WSLCB liquor control and over-service policies and alert managers if needed.
• Demonstrate proper service techniques.
• Understand golf course flow and etiquette.
