Job summary

Qualifications
- College degree preferred.
- PGA Associate Level 2 or higher, Class A preferred.
- Minimum 2 years as PGA Associate.
- Operation of Golf Genius, GHIN handicap system.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of golf shop tee time reservation system
- Manage scheduling of golf shop assistants, outside service staff, volunteers
- Ensure security of shop and storage facilities
- Assist with display, stocking, and inventory control
- Promotion and booking of Corporate Tournaments/Outings
- Coordinate Ladies Golf Association Events
- Operate Junior Camps and Leagues
- Provide individual and group lessons
- Oversee maintenance of golf cart fleet
- Assist with monitoring rounds and golf rate planning
- Enter and maintain GHIN handicap records
- Submit required reports timely
- 40 hour work week; weekends
