Job summary

Bernalillo Public Schools in Bernalillo, NM, seeks an Assistant Golf Coach to assist the Head Coach in planning and running a high school golf program. You will coach fundamentals, rules, and course management while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.

Collaborate with the Athletic Director and staff to follow district and NMAA policies; NM coaching license or ability to obtain before start is required. Commit to student development and safety.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of golf rules, fundamentals, and etiquette.
• Ability to teach golf skills and strategies to high school students.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Golf Coach with planning practices, matches, and events.
• Provide instruction in fundamentals, rules, and course management.

• Supervise athletes during practices, games, and travel.
• Support safety, equipment management, and score tracking.
