Responsibilities include financial oversight, scheduling, and maintaining high standards for service and appearance while mentoring staff and ensuring consistent, high‑quality food and beverage experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of senior management experience in an upscale / fine dining establishment.
• Strong front of house knowledge and customer service focus.
• Solid understanding of financial aspects and controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards to increase sales and minimize costs.
• Assist the General Manager with invoices, reporting and payroll admin.
• Maintain professional restaurant image, cleanliness and appearance standards.
• Ensure positive guest service and resolve complaints to drive return visits.
• Manage shifts, scheduling, and daily operational planning.
• Provide guidance and conduct performance reviews for staff.
