• Must have previous leadership experience in restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Teach, motivate, coach and discipline staff while maintaining respect.
• Interview, hire, and document personnel actions with GM oversight.
• Ensure strict cash handling procedures are followed.
• Manage Front of House scheduling and onboarding of new staff.
• Assist in recruiting efforts, training, and enforcing company policies.
• Drive sales and uphold service, food, and hospitality standards.
