• Use tools like Profit and Loss, Daily Business Review, and inventory management to achieve excellence.
• Develop local store marketing plans and lead community outreach and events.
• Collaborate with GM to deliver smoothies and healthy products; review KPIs and address issues.
• Manage cash activities and deposits for the store.
• Ensure food safety compliance and store cleanliness with monthly inspections.
• Champion company culture and values; drive program implementation through the team.
• Communicate marketing strategies and promotions to the team for proper execution.
