Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Eatontown, NJ, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help the General Manager run daily operations and develop managerial skills in an entry-level setting.

You will lead store-level operations, coach shifts supervisors, and help deliver business objectives while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision of non-management associates and coach shifts supervisors.
• Step in to perform duties in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate staff to maintain morale and high standards.
• Uphold brand standards and procedures to maximize operations and labor relations.
• Ensure cash management is accurate and daily reports are completed.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to ensure positive relationships.
• Conduct spot inventory checks to verify inventory data accuracy.
