Responsibilities include supervising staff, delivering feedback, setting goals, coaching shifts, and upholding brand standards and cash controls.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen
• Basic food safety understanding and practice
• Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 Lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of non-management associates, assign work, and coach shift supervisors.
• Able to perform duties in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate and positively influence staff, especially during low morale periods.
• Maintain strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Address issues in a timely fashion and ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure brand standards and procedures are followed, and labor relations are optimized.
• Keep the store inviting, clean, and aligned with brand visuals; manage cash daily and produce reports as directed.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to build long-term relationships.
• Conduct spot inventory counts to ensure data accuracy.
