Job summary

Ruth's Chris Steak House in Park City, Utah is seeking an Assistant General Manager who will partner with the General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive guest satisfaction. Qualifications

We're looking for a poised, results-oriented leader, who leads by example to help guide our team and keep every guest experience exceptional.

As Assistant General Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, develop a high-performing front-of-house team, and drive guest satisfaction and financial results. You'll be a visible presence on the floor, setting the standard for service, hospitality, and teamwork during every shift.

What You'll Do:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a calm, guest-first approach under pressure.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak seasons.
• Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent) and Utah alcohol server/manager certification, or ability to obtain.
• Experience with POS and reservation systems.
• Passionate, caring, people-focused, top-line driven while at the same time demonstrates fiscal responsibility.
