Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in retail or retail leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team and guard guest experience.
• Coach execution and accountability to maintain store standards.
• Oversee inventory, promotions, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Manage facilities and building oversight to ensure safety and appearance.
• Foster a positive culture and effective communication through team huddles.
• Maintain store operations and standards across all areas of the business.
• Develop and coach talent for performance and growth.
• Schedule and manage team coverage, resolving conflicts as needed.
• Lead training and performance management initiatives for staff.
• Prepare KPI reporting and participate in management meetings.
