Responsibilities include interviewing, training, scheduling, cost management, and cross‑department communication to achieve sales and service objectives while maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• 5 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant or lounge.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across departments.
• Excellent communication and guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel, and discipline restaurant team members.
• Organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings.
• Schedule and direct team members in work assignments.
• Interact with guests to promote resort facilities and services.
• Resolve problems to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
• Maintain communication with all departments to exceed service needs.
• Manage profitability: control payroll and equipment costs.
• Ensure par stock levels; manage inventory, ordering, and stocking.
• Oversee daily scheduling, staff assignments, and opening/closing duties.
• Monitor standards and ensure safety, sanitation, and grooming policies.
