Cafe Zupas in Glendale, AZ is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on guest service and team development. The role features a consistent two-day-off schedule, no Sundays, and a quarterly bonus plan.

You will mentor staff, drive a positive culture, and ensure smooth shifts across front and back of house while delivering a high-energy dining experience. Benefits include 401K, medical/dental/vision coverage, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industries (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Restaurant management a plus)
• Available to work a five day set schedule
• Experience mentoring a team
• Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter
• Enthusiastic, positive, and genuine
• Learns quickly in a fast-paced environment
