Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and deliver the brand’s hospitality promise. With no Sundays and a defined career path, you’ll manage front and back-of-house teams, mentor staff, and maintain a positive, guest-focused culture.

The role offers a balanced schedule, 15 paid days off holidays, a quarterly bonus plan, 401K and full benefits, plus ongoing training and growth toward a General Manager position.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Restaurant management is a plus.
• Available to work a five day set schedule.
• Experience mentoring a team.
• Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and genuine.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant (front or back of house).
