Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of management or leadership experience.
• Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management (preferred).
• Ability to lead a high-performing team with the GM to deliver operations.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience and foster a welcoming environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication; conflict-resolution skills.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers.
• Identify high-potential talent and support growth through development.
• Follow operating, inventory, and food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and work alongside teams to deliver great food and guest experiences.
• Oversee daily operations and drive steady execution.
• Schedule, labor management, and local restaurant marketing support.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and high standards.
• Open, mid, and closing shifts; weekend/holiday coverage.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop restaurant staff and shift managers.
