KBP Foods, a part of KBP Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our fast-paced restaurant team in Round Rock, Texas. You will lead and develop staff, ensure outstanding guest experiences, and drive daily operations with a focus on quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• Lead, train, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
