Devon Self Storage in Holland, MI is seeking a Full-Time Assistant General Manager to oversee daily store operations and drive rental sales while delivering a high-touch customer experience.

You will handle payments, balance receipts, and support the General Manager with local auctions; training is provided to ensure success. A valid driver’s license is required and there is potential for internal growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and follow through on tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Open, close, and secure the store daily.
• Meet/exceed sales goals through rentals and merchandise.
• Ensure products are stocked, priced, and displayed.
• Assist GM with online auction processes and training provided.
