Job summary

Devon Self Storage in Fraser, MI is seeking a Full-Time Assistant General Manager to drive sales, handle store operations, and deliver a high-quality customer experience at our Utica Rd location. You will help customers find storage solutions, process payments, and support the General Manager with daily duties.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and eager to learn, with the ability to lift 30+ lbs and manage multiple tasks, schedules, and responsibilities in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and follow through on assignments.
Valid driver’s license and insurance with access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Open, close, and secure the store daily.
Meet and exceed rental and sales goals through rentals, protection plans, and other merchandise.
Ensure products are ordered, received, stocked, priced and displayed in a timely and efficient manner.
Assist General Manager with the online auction process.
