Job summary

Stonebridge Companies’ Hampton Inn in Golden, CO seeks an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, food & beverage and engineering, supporting the General Manager. You will lead operational managers, ensure brand standards, drive guest and associate satisfaction, and help achieve financial goals while maintaining schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Hotel Administration or 4 years equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of equivalent experience in a full-service hotel.
• Solid career progression in management of Rooms and Food & Beverage operations.
• Thorough understanding of revenue and yield management principles.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational managers to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and annual plans.
• Ensure compliance with brand standard operating procedures and policies.
• Plan and participate in hotel and department meetings.
• Develop plans to improve guest satisfaction and associate satisfaction.
• Coach and develop associates, particularly management level; hire and train.
• Monitor service quality and financial metrics; identify gaps and take corrective actions.
• Support departments to achieve financial goals and manage expenses;监督 cost controls.
