• Guest Experience: ensure exceptional hospitality and organized service areas.
• Kitchen Operations: maintain food safety, quality, and speed standards.
• People Development: assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling.
• Handle escalated guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Monitor performance metrics, set goals, and provide feedback and coaching.
• Manage inventory, cash control, and operational systems to support profitability.
• Promote a positive work environment built on respect, teamwork, and accountability.
• Partner with the General Manager to identify improvement opportunities.
