You will support the General Manager in daily operations, staff development, and guest experience, while upholding Southern hospitality and high standards.

This role offers a balanced 45-hour week, competitive salary ($55k–$60k), comprehensive benefits, paid training, and opportunities for growth as we expand into new states.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of upper-level managerial experience.
• ServSafe and alcohol certification required.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, from guest service to food safety.
• Drive sales, control costs, and handle financial transactions.
• Lead the team — hiring, training, and ongoing development.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
