Vicious Biscuit is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help run our fast-casual breakfast brand with lines out the door. You'll support the General Manager in daily operations, develop the team, drive sales, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of upper-level managerial experience.
• ServSafe and alcohol certification required.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations.
• Develop the team and drive a great guest experience.
• Lead hiring, training, and ongoing development of staff.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• Engage with the local community and represent Vicious Biscuit with pride.
