Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Google Suite for reporting and scheduling.
• Experience in restaurant operations and people management preferred.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and provide valid work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality food and guest experience.
• Coach and schedule staff; monitor performance and development.
• Control costs and enforce sanitation, safety, and company policies.
• Respond to guest feedback and drive guest satisfaction and repeat visits.
• Communicate with the General Manager to align on goals and standards.
• Monitor training and set performance expectations for team members.
