Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in quick-service or retail environments.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service and positive attitude.
• Clear verbal and written communication with business acumen.
• 2+ years in quick-service restaurant management.
• Flexible work schedule and reliability.
• Basic food safety understanding.
• Ability to lift/push objects over 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate objectives.
• Supervise non-management associates and coach shift supervisors.
• Step in for GM in their absence.
• Motivate staff during times of low morale.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Address issues in a timely fashion and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain brand standards and store operations.
• Manage cash and daily reports; resolve customer needs and inventory checks.
