Job summary

SD Fusion LLC operates a Sonic Drive-In in La Vista, NE and seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, staff coaching, and ensuring quality standards in a high-energy environment.

Ideal candidates have restaurant leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a working knowledge of food safety and P&L concepts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Solid communication and problem-solving in high-volume settings.
• Understanding of P&L, labor costs, and inventory management.
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations with GM to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Coach and motivate crew members and shift supervisors.
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness per health regs.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to meet budgets.
• Handle scheduling, staffing, and labor management.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain guest experience.
• Step in as acting General Manager in GM's absence.
