SD Fusion LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our Sonic Drive-In team in La Vista, NE. You'll support the General Manager, lead a fast-paced crew, and ensure guest satisfaction.

This role emphasizes operations, people leadership, training, scheduling, and ensuring safety and quality standards, with opportunities to advance within the Sonic brand. Ideal candidate has 1–2 years of management experience in quick service, ServSafe certification preferred, and a passion for delivering

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in quick service.
• Strong leadership to motivate and develop a team.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving in high-volume environments.
• Basic understanding of P&L, labor costs, and inventory management.
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Lead, coach, and motivate crew members and shift supervisors.
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
• Handle scheduling and labor management.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Step in as acting General Manager in the GM's absence.
