Job summary

SD Fusion LLC in La Vista, NE is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a fast-paced Sonic Drive-In team and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will support the General Manager, coach crew, monitor food safety, manage inventory and scheduling, and handle hiring and training. The role also requires stepping in as acting GM when needed and maintaining a positive, high-performing work environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations with GM.
• Lead and coach crew and shift supervisors.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Manage scheduling and labor costs.
• Handle guest concerns and ensure positive experiences.
• Assist hiring, onboarding and training.
• Act as GM in GM's absence.
