Gas-N-Wash LLC in Plainfield, IL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-energy team, and ensure a memorable guest experience at our car wash.

You’ll drive membership sales, coach CSR’s and shift leaders, greet customers with enthusiasm, and coordinate maintenance to keep the wash running at peak efficiency.

This role requires at least 2 years of leadership, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work 40 hours per week outdoors.

Formación

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Customer-first mindset and passion for memorable service.
• Strong people skills to motivate and coach a team.
• Ability to meet sales targets while maintaining service quality.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and lift 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily operations from opening to closing procedures.
• Promote and sell unlimited wash memberships, gift cards, and upgrades.
• Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm.
• Lead, coach, and inspire CSR's and shift leaders to deliver top-tier service.
• Monitor customer feedback and coordinate with maintenance for peak performance.
