Job summary

Northgate Resorts is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily campground operations and serve as second-in-command to the General Manager. This full-time role emphasizes safety, guest satisfaction, and staff leadership in a busy RV resort setting.

The ideal candidate will bring 2–5 years of management experience in hospitality or RV resort environments, strong customer service, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years in a management position.
• Hospitality, Hotel, and RV Resort Management experience is helpful, but not required.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily campground operations and staff to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance development for departments.
• Coordinate with the General Manager and home office for planning and budget adherence.
• Act as Manager on Duty on a rotational basis and ensure timely guest follow-up.
