Job summary

Elk River Independent School District 728 is seeking a coaching professional to lead athletic activities at Rogers High School. The role focuses on directing practice plans, game strategies, and participant development to promote athletic excellence.

The coach will uphold MSHSL rules, supervise facilities and equipment, and collaborate with staff, families, and the community to advance students' college- and career-readiness through athletics.

• Work collaboratively with staff, Activities Director, families and community resources.
• Maintains compliance with all rules and regulations of the MSHSL.
• Complies with and supports all school district regulations and policies.
• Develops a program specific handbook.

Description: The Coach provides leadership and expertise regarding the rules, strategies, and techniques for the assigned activity, utilizing knowledge of the specific equipment, physical fitness and safety to prepare participants mentally and physically to compete at the highest level.
