Applitrack at Rogers High School is seeking a Coach to provide leadership in athletics/activities. The role focuses on applying rules, strategies, and safety to prepare participants to compete at the highest level.

Responsibilities include planning practice and performance, guiding staff, and fostering student participation while maintaining equipment and ensuring compliance with MSHSL rules and district policies.

• Maintains compliance with all rules and regulations of the MSHSL.
• Complies with and supports all school district regulations and policies.
• Develops a program specific handbook.

Description

The Coach provides leadership and expertise regarding the rules, strategies, and techniques for the assigned activity, utilizing knowledge of the specific equipment, physical fitness and safety to prepare participants mentally and physically to compete at the highest level.
