Job summary

Applitrack at Elk River High School is accepting applications for an Assistant Softball - Spring 2027 (Multiple Positions Available). You will prepare practice and game plans and provide leadership to staff in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates will motivate athletes, maintain equipment and uniforms, and ensure compliance with MSHSL rules while developing a program handbook and coordinating with families and community resources.

Qualifications

• Prepare practice and game/performance plans.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff.
• Encourage student participation and establish rapport.
• Motivate participants/athletes to achieve maximum potential.
• Maintain equipment and uniforms.
• Supervise gyms, fields, arenas, theater, locker rooms, buses, etc.
• Collaborate with staff, Activities Director, families and community resources.
• Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations of the MSHSL.
• Comply with and support all school district regulations and policies.
• Develop a program specific handbook.
