Job summary

Buc-ee's Mebane LLC is seeking an Assistant Gift/Merchandise Manager to support the Merchandise Manager in building a high performing team and ensuring a clean, friendly, in-stock store experience for every customer in Mebane, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combinations of experience and education.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant and extensive retail management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Software.
• Strong Mathematics skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties and responsibilities of the Merchandise Manager in their absence or upon their discretion.
• Administer ongoing training to Merchandise staff to build a high performing team.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring a clean, friendly, in-stock store experience.
• Manage store inventory levels and product replenishment to meet demand.
• Enforce company policies and procedures and protect assets.
