Real Landscape Nursery & Design is seeking an Assistant General Manager (with landscape design experience highly preferred) to assist the company owner with day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing new landscape installations, ensuring existing customer landscapes are properly maintained, fielding customer calls and texts as needed, assisting the owner with estimates and designs, and tracking employee hours via The Clock App. The candidate must be willing to work physically with the crew as needed.

The ideal candidate should be bilingual in Spanish and English, have at least 2 years of landscape experience, and a minimum of 5 years in landscape management. They should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work well both with the crew and independently.

Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. All candidates' driver's licenses must be approved by our auto insurance company before an official job offer can be made.
