Cafe Zupas in West Valley City, UT is seeking an Assistant General Manager who thrives on team leadership and guest satisfaction. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, mentor staff, and ensure smooth front- and back-of-house performance while upholding our standards for hospitality and quality.

This role offers a defined career path, a balanced schedule with two days off, and benefits including 401K, medical/dental/vision, and a quarterly bonus plan. No Sundays.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Restaurant management a plus.
• Available to work a five day set schedule.
• Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and genuine.
• Learns quickly in a fast-paced environment.
