This entry-level management role offers hands-on experience in leading teams, delivering objectives, and upholding brand standards in a busy hospitality/food service environment.

You will coach supervisors, maintain safety and cash controls, and resolve guest concerns while fostering a positive, fast-paced workplace.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen.
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.
• Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 Lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and coach shifts supervisors.
• Able to perform duties in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate staff and improve morale during challenging times.
• Maintain brand standards, policies, and cash management daily.
• Resolve customer needs and maintain positive relationships.
• Perform spot inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
