Massage Envy in Mississippi seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily clinic operations, drive membership and retail sales, and supervise massage therapists and sales staff. You will train and schedule teams, deliver exceptional member experience, and manage reporting, payroll, and inventory.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and creating a positive, high-performing workplace culture while maintaining top service standards for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in management or sales, preferably in personal service environments.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the clinic.
• Achieving all membership and retail sales goals; managing sales associates and massage staff.
• Training and monitoring the performance of staff; creating and maintaining schedules.
• Providing excellent service to members and guests by answering calls, setting appointments, and greeting guests.
• Maintaining a professional clinic environment for employees and guests.
• Generating sales reports, payroll, deposits, inventory, and ordering supplies.
• Communicating effectively to staff and Clinic Administrator.
• Motivating and coaching team members to improve performance.
• Developing positive relationships with employees, members and guests.
