Massage Envy is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead our location toward achieving sales goals while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will help build and develop a high-performing team, coach staff, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations that reflect the Massage Envy standard.

Ideal candidates have retail sales and customer service experience, with strong administrative skills and a track record in people leadership.

Qualifications

• Experienced in sales and customer service in a retail setting.
• Experienced in training staff.
• Experienced in spa management (Highly Preferred)
• Retail management experience (Strongly Preferred)
• Strong administrative/back office skills (Required)

Responsibilities
