Qualifications

• 5+ years in hospitality management, with at least 1 year as Assistant General Manager or General Manager.
• Strong leadership ability with a willingness to lead by example.
• Outstanding communication, time management, and organization skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue in Simulator Rentals and Food & Beverage Sales.
• Participate in recruitment, hiring, and training of all staff.
• Manage operations of the social aspects of the business.
• Support the efficient operation by monitoring labor and costs.
• Build community relationships and encourage repeat business.
