The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7–10 years of leadership experience in senior living or human services management, with strong customer service and public relations skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human services management or nursing home management.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in human services management/senior living management.
• Pre-leasing and new property pre-opening experience is a plus.
• Must have proven leadership and management skills.
• Experience working with seniors including memory care needs.
• Excellent customer service and public relations skills.

• Plan, develop, implement, evaluate and improve operating standards.
