Job summary

Jiffy Lube International, Inc. in Hilton Head Island, SC is seeking a General Manager I to lead a fast-paced store. You will train and supervise teammates, ensure guest satisfaction, and oversee budgeting, inventory, and daily operations.

The role emphasizes safety, policy compliance, and staff development, with opportunities for growth and bonuses through our rewards program. This on-site position requires strong leadership and hands-on management.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt and courteous guest service and resolve guest problems.
• Forecast budgets and sales, and manage P/L performance.
• Supervise teammates including scheduling, coaching, and performance appraisals.
• Uphold safety, security, and environmental compliance.
• Open and close the store and manage daily paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and supervision of store teammates to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee inventory control, cost of goods, and purchasing decisions.
• Maintain building, equipment, and grounds; coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Manage POS system maintenance and accuracy of cash controls.
• Conduct safety and policy meetings and communicate expectations clearly.
