Clean Rite in Indianapolis is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and partner with the General Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and efficient laundry services.

You will manage wash, dry, and fold, supervise staff, promote products, and maintain a welcoming, clean workspace while building community ties. Leadership and hands-on operations are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, service, sales, or operational management.
• Experience managing budgets, driving revenue, and controlling costs is a plus.
• Hands-on operations and maintenance experience.
• Excellent communication skills for motivating teams and serving customers.
• Retail experience with a strong sales mindset.
• Physically capable to stand long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and peak operational efficiency.
• Supervise and support staff during shifts and enforce policies.
• Manage inventory from detergents to supplies and keep shelves stocked.
• Support day-to-day laundromat operations and ensure the facility is organized and fully functional.
